We are talking about infamous whaletail thong appearence (they are popping up everywhere).  All of the men in the world woke up one morning and it was suddenly okay to walk around in public with your underwear visible! Well, for women to wear their underwear or panties visible anyway.  Not really sure men ever had an issue with women showing their panties or tiny thongs in public anyway…, no matter.

It is something that is quite difficult to ignore these days because it is now quite fashionable and very pleasant to look at in most cases.  Some just should not be wearing a thong or at least allow men the courtesy of not seeing them!  We men think you know who you are.

The whaletail siting happens for many different reasons.  There is the mistake that we see the tail (like a  garment malfunction or something), there is the personal expression between sex partners or loved ones (not really what we're talking about today), and there is the mistake on purpose or the flamboyant whaletail on-purpose breaching.

Frankly men like all whaletail breachings IMO.  I think especially the garment malfunction ones.  Men like to get a treat once and a while and those sightings make the whaletail event in public special.  Most definatley when the sighting is one that you wish you had a camera at the ready; like "my buddy has to see this…".

on some people they’re just not sending up the right image and it really isn't very attactive at all.  Just as rings, necklaces, earrings, tattoos etc. don’t look right on everyone, the same goes for public tiny thong whaletail sightings on the wrong people.

A Los Angeles woman claims she was injured by her Victoria’s Secret thong, prompting her to sue the underwear manufacturer.

The plaintiff in the case, Macrida Patterson, 52, attributed the May 2007 injury to a Victoria’s Secret "low-rise v-string," according to a court document posted on The Smoking Gun.

Patterson’s lawyer told The Smoking Gun that a "design problem" caused a decorative metallic piece on the underwear to fly up and hit Patterson in the eye while she was putting the underwear on.

Patterson’s product liability lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court last week.

The Smoking Gun reported that, prior to the lawsuit, officials from Victoria’s Secret had asked to see the offending underwear but were refused by Patterson’s lawyer.
